The purpose of this program is to encourage increased production of wheat with superior market quality.

Wheat samples turned into at Heritage Hall, Payne County Fairgrounds, 4518 Expo Circle East, Stillwater, OK  74075.  No entries, either delivered or mailed will be accepted after 8:30 am on July 19, 2022.
